How to Reach Us

The Su Mannau Caves are located in the municipality of Fluminimaggiore, in southwestern Sardinia, about 20 km from the western coast.

To reach the site, follow the SS 126 and take the road that leads directly to the caves. Once you reach the parking lot, the ticket office is located nearby. From there, the staff will guide you to the cave entrance via a short walking path.

The area is easily accessible by car.

Entries are limited and divided by time slot. Availability is visible at the time of purchase. Once the maximum number of people for a time slot is reached, no more tickets can be purchased. Visits are only guaranteed with a reservation.

The cave path includes approximately 400 steps down and 400 steps up, so it is not accessible to people with mobility disabilities. Additionally, we recommend against visiting if you have serious health conditions, particularly respiratory or cardiac issues, for safety reasons.

Cave tours take place every day, with fixed times both in the morning and in the afternoon. Morning tours are at 10:15 AM, 11:30 AM, and 12:45 PM, while afternoon tours are at 2:15 PM, 3:30 PM, and 4:45 PM. Tours last approximately one hour.
